As a demonstration of the two views offered by Sylbi -- that of a "forum", which you see immediately by selecting a topic bucket from the index page, and that of a "blog" -- simply click the name of the account that made a post to go to his or her "blog".

For instance, if you are reading this post in a topic (forum view), to the lower right there are the links to "Respond", "Quote", and next to that, the name of who made the post; in this case admin. Click the name, and you will be taken to the admin blog, which has been customized to look different from the remaining site.
